Christmas Decorating
December 3 @ 6-8pm
Come help set up the church family tree! We’ll enjoy supper together, decorate our worship space for the Christmas season, as well as make a decoration you can take home – all in order to set our hearts & minds on Christ!
What should you bring?
- We invite you to bring your favorite soup to share for supper.
- One ornament from your home, to be placed on the church family tree!
Light Up The Night
December 12 @ 5-9pm
We’ll be treating our neighbors from the Lydia House in luxurious fashion as they ride a coach bus, enjoy Christmas lights, be served a feast at Living Water, and receive Christmas gifts & toys to light up their night. (If you’re new here, we encourage you to take a look at last year’s recap Video to see what this is all about!)
These mothers and children are going through difficulties and are home insecure – and we can be a blessing as we intervene in their life expressing God’s love and grace.
To be part of this, we’ll have sign ups available on Sunday mornings. You can:
(1) make desserts in advance for the night. (Sign up sheets available at Living Water, or email asmith1133@gmail.com)
(2) serve the day of the event. (Sign up sheets available at Living Water or email Pastor Joe joe@livingwateromaha.org.)
(3) purchase gifts or give financially (Your gifts will help supply children and mothers with basic toiletries, gifts, a Bible, etc.) We’ll have an offering basket at worship on Sunday, and you can also give online using the link below. Just tag ‘Light Up the Night’ as a giving option!

Advent by Candlelight
December 10 @ 6pm
This night is about spending time around the dining room table with our church family. Instead of meeting at Living Water, we’re going to gather in each other’s homes to reflect on Jesus & His promises.
What will this look like?
Starting around 6PM, you and a group of others will meet in the home of someone from Living Water. Everyone will bring food, potluck style, and enjoy supper together. After supper, the lights will be turned off, and a candle will be placed on the table. Using a study our pastors have prepared, we’ll all reflect on the light of Jesus and the hope He comes to bring.
What do I need to do?
We’re looking for people willing to host in their homes. If you are interested, respond below!
If you aren’t able to host, but interested in participating, RSVP below and a host family will reach out to you!

Christmas Day Caroling & PJ Party
December 25 @ 10am
Wake up Christmas day, roll into Living Water in your PJs, and spend time with your church family! While this isn’t meant to replace our traditional Christmas Eve worship time together, we cherish the opportunity to sit around our church living room as a family, worshipping Jesus on Christmas Day.
